I apologize in advance for any lack of smoothness in the translation.
I am currently using the USB-6211 model and am trying to collect data with it.
However, the problem is that the connection to the PC with NI is being randomly disconnected.
The NI device is not directly connected to the PC. It is connected through a USB extender and a USB repeater to extend the connection.
Can you help identify the cause of the random disconnections?

There are few options here,
Why do you need a very long USB cable? that is not supported by USB protocol by design.

First of all, thank you for your response.
First, I have checked and confirmed that the Windows USB power setting is set to "Disabled."
Second, I thought the USB extension cable was reliable enough, but I will give it another try.
The reason I need a long USB cable is due to the physical distance between the PC where the USB is connected and the actual NI device.
This is an unchangeable factor, so I have no choice but to use a long USB cable.
When you mention the USB protocol design, could you clarify what exactly you mean?
Or, are you referring to a similar issue, like the one in the link below? Thank you.
