Hi Bala,
First off, if you have a digital output board/card, you can create your own program in LabVIEW that has the capability of downloading your source file to your target. You would basically do whatever handshaking is required by the processor in order to start clocking the source file into flash.
However, unless you are extremely well versed in the protocol required to download your source file, I would recommend using the utility made by Rabbit Semiconductor that they design for this purpose. I don't know which exact utility that would be, but you can contact them and request more information as to what utility is needed.
