How to run a counter continously?

I have a PCI 6221 by NIDAQmx

I need to obtain a digital output for a long time and im trying to control it by a counter.(ctr0).

So I would to set to 0 the counter each ime that finish its counting

How can I do it?

Hi,

the counter will reset to zero automatically after it finishes counting. So the maximum you can count is 2^32 -1 for a 32 bit-counter.
