I have a DC output of 5VDC logic, from a OPTO22. Can I use it as a TTL signal for PCI6014 counter?

Yes, as long as it fits the definition of a true TTL signal. A TTL signal is defined as:
1. 0-.8V logic low
2. 2-5V logic high
3. max rise and fall time of 50 ns
4. min pulse width of 10 ns for DAQ-STC

If these specifications aren't met, your counter may not count each pulse that you input.

Hope this helps. Have a great day!
