I have a problem in sending a trigger signal out

I am using Labview 8.5. Our DAQ card is scb-68. I want to send a trigger signal out by using the DAQ.
But there is an error when I ran the program.
The error code is -200430
DAQmx Create Channel (DO-Digital Output).vi:1<append>

In MAX, my DAQ card is PCI-MIO-16XE-50(Device 1).

I've changed my program. It seems better, but there is another error coded -200452

Can anybody help me?
