I need the AMP part numbers of the connectors you use on the 6704 and 6025E boards as I am planning to use 1:1 cabled from NI boards to my boards.

There is actually a Knowledge Base that talks about PCB Mounting Connectors for Boards and also for Cables. You can take a look at it if you go to ni.com and then make a search for "board mating connectors".

As you will see in that KB, the one used for E-Series Boards is the 68-Pos Inverted Right Angle PWB-Mount Connector (Male), with Part Number 760999-01.

This took some doing, but this is the exact same part that they use right down to the stamped part number on the outside of the connector.
