I have a numeric control thats say set to default value is 10. I want to allow the operator access to change this default value (thus establishing a new default) as needed w/o requireing them to reset the value evertime they start/stop the software.
This question has nothing to do with DAQ and has come up many times on the LabVIEW board.
You can write the value to an ini file (as an example) and when the program starts, read the file and set the value with a property node or local variable.
