IMAQ 1407 non asynchronous trigger

Hi,

I am using IMAQ  PCI 1407 board to acquire images of a flash which exist 1ms. I have setup my program to make the flash when a 10th image start acquiring(the camera trigger signal and the flash of the LED has a 300ms difference.). However, I notice that the flash does not appear in the 10th image always. It sometimes appears in the 9th image. I found that IMAQ does not start the acquiring images as soon as it get the trigger signal (http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/2989).

So, is there a way to solve this issue?

RDina:  Please give this article a read and try to set your trigger according to its advice. For your question look at the 3rd paragraph in Standard Mode to see suggestion.

If this suggestion does work it may be due to driver incompatibility. What driver are you using? Can you confirm that your driver supports the PCI 1407?
