Increase input buffer is a vi in daqmx functions palette.
See attached your modified vi
Besides increase input buffer, look at remaining data to be read. If reading is not quick enough, think about a producer/consumer structure ( search this web about the subject).
Your vi runs fine in my pc ( 1.7 Ghz, lv7.1, PCI6052E)
