My queation is once genrate exe file using Labview & load into PCI6221 card then this card work standalone (with external Power supply & some addtional h/w if any required) or must required PC?

Hi, I am afraid it is not possible. The card is just a device which needs to be connected to a pc running windows or real-time os to measure data. Regards, Sumit Sen
