I try to use the M-Series NI PCI 6251 DAQ-Card for DAQ of a laser pulse signal by the NI Software based Lock-In-Amp. I changed the NI Lock-In-Amp Startup-Kit to DAQmx to use it with this my Card and I also tried the Multichannel Lock-In-Amp for DAQmx (LabView 8.0 and higher). The Amplifier can Lock-In to the reference frequency, but the output signal seems to be wrong and it is changing if I change the sampling rate of the amplifier.
Is the output signal the RMS of the input or the peak value?
I attached my programm files and would appreciate very much any help.
