Link USB6009 with Sat Finder + Dish and acquire

Hi, I'd like to build a radiotelescope and acquire signal in Volts from the sun.

I have a Ni-daq USB 6009 with a Sat Finder. I've linked the 2 clamps of the sat finder to the pin 2,3 of the DAQ (channels AI0 and AI4,right?Same AI0+ and AI0-).

Now what should i do to acquire the signal?Use a differential or RSE mode?

I've also created a little software in Labview to acquire but i have doubts about channels for the DAQ assistant and mode to acquire.

Can someone help me please?

Connection seems to be correct; about the different type of acquisition I suggest you to read the following document:
