I am acquiring 15 analog signals throu NI DAQPad-6015. There are also 2 counter outputs and one analog output as well. The problem is when I Run my VI, it takes a long time to start acquiring data. During this delay at the start it doesnt do any thing and just halts. After this delay it some times throws the data on the chart and then stabilizez or it hangs completely in which case I have to stop the VI. My sampling rate is 400Hz at 200 samples and using the traditional VIs for configuring and setting up the channels.
How can I rectify this intial long delay?

Well, I am trying to fix it and I assume it is some thing to do with optimizing the sampling rate and samples per scan. The delay changes when I change the sampling rate or the samples per scan. I would let you guys know if I can find the most appropriate solution. Until then I would appreciate if any body could give suggestion/comments.
Thanks,

And why can't you attach your program like it was suggested?

The image of the block diagram is now attached. The rest of the program, which is not shown in the image is some calculation.
Thanks
