Low analog output voltage freezes

Using a NI 6025E board. NI-DAQ version 6.9.x
Some (not all) of our systems have an intermittent problem. They get in a mode where low values (0.1 to 0.4V) do not appear at the device controlled by the analog output. If we write a larger value (2.0V) to the analog output channel, then it "un-freezes" and will accept the low voltage reading.

Hi,

Try uninstalling and re-installing the driver. Also, test the card in MAX and see if you can output voltages between .1 and .4 Volts. You can also try swaping a working card with a card that exhibits this behavior -- in this way you will know if the card itself is defective or not.

RamziH.
