M & E series DAQ cares

Can an E and M series DAQ cards co-exist in the same PC?  If so, how can i install NIDAQ correctly since the E series can only be used with the traditional NIDAQ and the M series with NIDAQmx - - they use different drivers.  Or, perhaps there is a specific version of NIDAQmx that will work with both series cards.

E Series Cards work in DAQmx as well.  Where did you hear that they would only work in Traditional DAQ?
