MAX can't conect with cDAQ-9188: Error Code -201401 ("Retrieving properties from the network device failed")

Hello there! I'm trying to connect NI MAX with cDAQ-9188 but failed with error code -201401.
Kindly help me find the root cause andd solution to resolve this issue. MAX Version is 20.0.
