Magma expansion performance with NI PCI 6534

I want to use the Magma PCI expansion with a NI-6534 DIO card. I need 16 bits transfer from 2 MBytes/s up to 20 MBytes/s (1Mhz to 10Mhz).

Will the PCMCIA card between Magma card and the laptop slow down the transmission?
