Hi there,
i have a project for air quality monitoring. I need to monitor the temperature, huminity, air pressure and the following gases - C0, C02 , NO, NO2 , H2 S, SO2 .
Does anybody has experience with that kind of measurement? I have a problem finding sensor manifacturer.

Hello Metrisys,
While I am unsure of the sensors that you would use to measure the gas content, I can make some recommendations as to the data acquisition hardware you could work with. To begin with, you will need to select a form factor. Due to the signal conditioning you will most likely need to incorporate for you thermocouples and air pressure sensors, I would recommend either compact Data Acquisition (cDAQ) or SCXI. Both of these form factors have thermocouple acquisition modules with built in gain and filtering. The cDAQ formfactor also has a line of Dynamic Signal Acquisition (DSA) cards that I could recommend for the pressure sensor, especially if it needs IEPE excitation or if you need to take the air pressure measurements at a quick rate. However, if frequency is not a concern then you do not need DSA. Regular multifunction DAQ will suffice, which can be found in both formfactors- cDAQ and SCXI. I recommend taking a look at the links below with a list of product suggestions.
Thermocouple Acquisition- cDAQ
Thermocouple Acquisition- SCXI
Dynamic Signal Acquisition-cDAQ
I hope that this information helps,
