My 2 channel is not function

Hi, i have one question, after i edit my project by refer the toturial and example... i have see my 2 channel still no function....some one can help me...and can give the advice or alternative way that  my project can be function without any problem...   

Here i state my drawing in VI for someone to refer..but one more..in this project i have use LabVIEW 8.6...T.Q
