My AT-MIO-64E-3 card fails the freq test during calibration.

Is there anything I can do to adjust the timebase on the card or do I have to send it in for repair. I'm getting a reading of 4.999344MHz the lower tolerance is 4.9995.

Jim,

How are you measuring this frequency? The timebase is derived from a crystal oscillator and some capacitive circuits on the board, there is not way to programmatically change that. You may need to send this in for a repair.

I'm using calibration executive software and the e series calibration fixture connected to the card. I've tested a number of cards and this is the first one that's been out of tolerance on the frequency.

Jim,

There is no way to re-calibrate the frequency of your card with out changing the actual hardware. If you need that frequency corrected, I would send the card in for repair.
