We use one USB NI 6211 on a test bench (using 1 digital input, one digital output, one analog input) in order to measure the pressure and actuate 2 EVs.
Randomly, the NI DAQ will return NaN and can block the data acquisistion while VI is still running.
It seems that reason is that NI is "disconnected" from computer then "reconnected".
But this disconnection is not coming from hardaware (plug are all fasten and not loose).
Potential Root Cause is electrical noise on Electrical 220 V network due to pumps, and EV power supply activations.
We add a special 5 V supply to avoid USB computer one, but no change.
Software solution to reset the DAQ if NaN is get is NOK because it makes ~10 seconds so too much data lost.
==> Is there any hardware to add of software parameter to fix this issue?
