I am attempting to use an NI-9203 to read a 4-20 mA signal from a pressure transmitter; however, I am facing significant noise for my applications (± 0.1 A). This is causing a large noise in my pressure measurements, which I need to eliminate for my application. I have attempted shielding all wires, but it did not make a difference. I also checked the current from the sensor via a multimeter and placed a resistor in the loop to measure the voltage drop across the resistor and back-calculate the current from there, and both of these measurements are very stable, thus, I believe the issue lies in the data acquisition side, not the sensor. Any recommendations for this issue would be greatly appreciated.
