NI-9207 Unsupported Module in MAX

I have an NI-9207 that I was using on a test which suddenly stopped being recognized in MAX (see below).

I think I've had one do this before and just chalked it up to age/use but wondered if others have experienced this and if there are known causes that I should be aware of.
