NI 9219 load sensor connection

Hi

I have a load sensor with follwoing specs.
Senstivity 2mV/V
Range : 20KN
Excitation voltage: 1-6V.
Works on full bridge.

I am connecting the out put pin of sensor to the pin  4 and 5 or NI 9219 which is being used with cDAQ 9172. the sensor is given external excitation of 5V.
I am not able to get the desired signal. It just remain constant at approx. 920mV.

Please help ASAP

What is make and model of load sensor?

Are you viewing this acquired data in Measurement and Automation Explorer?  If so, are you using Test Panels or a Task to view the data?  Also, have you tried this load sensor on other channels of the 9219 or tried the 9219 in other slots of the cDAQ chasis?
