NI-9266 calibration

Hello everybody,

I would like to know if it is possible to perform NI-9266 calibration with cDAQ-9185, 4-slots Ethernet châssis. I saw that cDAQ-9178, 8-slots USB châssis, is recommended for that.

If you are referring to the NI 9266 Calibration Procedure, I don't see why cDAQ-9185 won't work. You are calibrating the module but not the chassis. Both Ethernet and USB chassis use DAQmx driver.

Hello all,

Yes Zyong, this is this procedure. It is mentionned on page 4 at paragraph "Initial Setup" at step 3 "Insert the module in slot 8 of the cDAQ-9178 chassis. Leave slots 1 through 7 of the cDAQ-9178 chassis empty.".

But in cDAQ-9185 chassis, there are only 4 slots. There is no slot 8.

Which cDAQ-9185 slot should I consider for calibrating my NI-9266 module?
