NI 9862 " unsupported module" error with cDAQ 9188

Hi everyone,
After a complete PC re-installation,I have troubles with a cDAQ 9188 to recognize 2 modules NI 9862 ( CAN modules), they appears in MAX has "Unsupported module" ( see attached picture). I think I have installed all the required software but even after a "reset configuration" that doesn't change.

What to do?

Just to inform the community, I have remove the NI XNET V19 and install the V17.5.1, now it's working. Could be due to the module firmware version??
