This forum is just alot of users who like to help others.
NI people participate in this forum, but I do not think they are required.
If they are required, then they are falling down on the job based on the number of un-answered Q's.
If you can re-create this problem, call NI at
800-433-3488
and explain what you did to see the issue.
My record time is 14 minutes from the time I was talking to a support engineer until they said "Corrective Action Request" (i.e. double talk for "Bug Report").
