NI-DAQmx 19.0 driver for PCI-6035E

Hello,

I am having issues getting my PCI-6035E boards to work with LabVIEW 2019 and NI-DAQmx 19.0 on a recently updated windows 10 machine. The DAQmx Readme shows that it should be compatible with this version of board, but when viewing them in NI MAX, I get error code "209852 Device No Longer Supported Within the NI-DAQmx API." I have uninstalled and reinstalled LabVIEW and DAQmx to no avail. When I check the driver versions being used in device manager, they either say they are using 21.3 or that the Driver version is not available. I have also tried resetting the configuration data in NI MAX.

Unfortunately, buying new boards is not an option in this case. I need a way to make these boards work on windows 10. However, I do not necessarily have to use LabVIEW 2019.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks!

Adam

Update: I just attempted to reinstall NI-DAQmx 19.0 and I saw in NI-MAX that it installed the 21.3 Device Driver instead of the 19.0.coon7_0-1655323762745.png

Try uninstalling all device drivers and install the 2019 version of the device drivers. Maybe you had installed some application that uses DAQmx 21 and thus upgraded your installation.

Thanks for the reply! That may be the problem. I did install LabVIEW 2021 before realizing that my boards wouldn't be compatible. I am currently uninstalling everything through the package manager and will try again with a fresh install of LabVIEW 2019.

Thanks,

Adam
