NI-DAQmx Error -50103

I get this error as i try to use two or more tasks in order to read different analog and digital inputs and outputs, but each reading is from a different device of  the NI-cDAQ9188 series:

Error -50103: The specified resource is reserved. The operation could not be completed as specified.

Since devices are different, any of them should occupy different resources (channels & ports)...Any advice?

Which modules do you have in your cDAQ-9188? (Or is this involving multiple cDAQ-9188s?)

What kinds of tasks are you trying to run simultaneously? If this is all on a single cDAQ-9188, the chassis has three timing engine resources for Analog Input, and one each for Analog Output, Digital Input, and Digital Output. If you try to configure more finite or continuous timed tasks than there are resources available, that would be one way you could hit that error.
