NI Daqmx base 3.7 software

I use a NI-CF6004 daq module  with a NOMAD  win CE 6 handheld.  My Nomad handheld is crashed .

In my NI-CF6004 module,  part num is:191029B-01 &  Serial:175DADD.

I cant find "NI-DAQmx base 3.7 file in my archive , and there is no any link in "NI.com" to download it.

Please Please ..

How can i download or buy  "NI-DAQmx base 3.7" ?
