NI ELVIS does not recognize my USB-6251 wtih Daqmx 8.9.5 and Labview runtime 9.0

I have installed Labview 2009 and the DAQmx drivers version 8.9.5.  I have connected the BNC2120 break out box to the USB-6251.  I am trying out ELVIS to see what the software is like.  It doesn't want to connect to the hardware.  It gives me an Error -9312 occurred at ELVIS COMM - Chekc ELVIS Connections.vi.  This error code is undefined.  No one has provided a description for this code, or you might have wired a number that is not an error code to the error code input.  The configure menu does the same error after trying to select the device.

Thank you for using NI forums.  I was able to find a KnowledgeBase article which referenced this error.  Take a look at it and try some of the suggested troubleshooting steps.  Let me know if you are still encountering problems.
