NI PCIe-6323 not reading board temperature in MAX

Hello:  We have 2 e.a. NI PCIe-6323 boards in a connected by a NI RTSI cable in a PC.  Neither of the 2 boards is reading the board temperature in NI MAX.  They seem to be working okay otherwise.  Is this a corrupt driver issue?  These boards are about 10 years old.  I'm rebooting the PC after disconnecting power now...  Any suggestions?  Why would both boards not read the board temperature but register T as NaN?

This was solved by rebooting the PC after disconnecting it from power for about 10 minutes.  Perhaps this problem occurred because the PC had just been rebooted after Windows updates...
