I am currently working on a project that involves acquiring data from sensors using the NI USB-6009 Data Acquisition (DAQ) device. Specifically, I am interested in interfacing with both accelerometer and microphone sensors for measuring vibration and sound pressure, respectively.
Before proceeding further, I would like to inquire about the compatibility of the NI USB-6009 DAQ device with both accelerometer sensors requiring IEPE excitation and microphone sensors. Could you please confirm whether the NI USB-6009 supports IEPE excitation for accelerometer sensors and whether it is compatible with microphone sensors?

Unfortunately, USB-6009 cannot provide IEPE excitation.
You would need a Sound and Vibration module.

I use a USB-4361 for accelerometers and force hammers all of the time. They provide the IEPE current source. Unfortunately they are not cheap like the USB-6009.
For $600 you can get a signal conditioner that turns the IEPE (ICP) accelerometer to a voltage signal.

They also make similar products in different packages.

I am not sure what the microphone requires.
This might do what you need for $100. I make no promise of the quality, etc.
