NI USB-6501Hardware starting Question

Hi all

I have the question relative to USB-6501 hardware configuratio.n
When i plug-in the NI USB-6501 port each time, the DAQ will be Maximum for all Input first.
How to avoid this setting. I would like to set all low for all input firsy. Is it possible??

Thanks

Best Regards

In the product manual of the card, page 6, 8 and 9 : there is pull-up resistance (4.7 kOhm) to set the DIO on the high impedance. And they don't say if there is a way to change it ... Maybe you can try to connect an other resistance to gnd to force the DIO down.

Hi Steve,

Your board does not support programmable power-on states between your computer's startup and NI software execution. Some possible solutions can be found in this post. Please post back if you have any further questions. I hope you find this information useful.
