I have an issue with the myDAQ interface not communicating with the NI software after recently updating windows 10. Before that I had no issues with it. Now NI software running in the background is sucking cpu resources up to around 70% at idle. I have tried fixing it through the package manager that did nothing. I also have attempted numerous full uninstall and re-installs to no avail. Can someone give any insight to what the problem may be or how to fix this issue?
Thank you!

Can you give more information?
What version of LabVIEW are you using?
What drivers are you using?
What is the firmware version of your myDAQ?
The more info the better.

I am using the myDAQ software suite version 19.0
Labview is version 2019
Drivers are 19.0
I am not sure about the firmware but think its also version 19.0.0.

Did you confirm that your device is recognized on NI MAX? As long as the device is shown up on NI MAX, you can control the device. If there are no device shown up, it might be a device driver problem.

It was originally being recognized by NI MAX but now after numerous un-installations/re-installations NI MAX does not seem to recognize it either unfortunately. Under devices and printers in windows it shows up and if you look under the USB drivers it shows that its there but the NI software wants nothing to do with the device. NI MAX also throws an error when you click on the side tab of devices "There was a problem connecting to the database. 42HG08DD." I have tried doing what the NI website says to do and clear the device configuration list.

The error itself is explained in the article below:

It seems that you need to fix the error shown in NI MAX first...

I had already performed most of the tasks on that list you referred to. However I had not tried running NI MAX as administrator I still get a data base error but myDAQ did show up oddly enough. So even though NI MAX is seeing the interface I am not sure how to get the rest of the software to communicate with the device?
