NI6221 Analog Trigger

in this board I was reading that the USB-NI6221 doesn't have an analog trigger possibility. Is it the same for the PCI-NI6221 ?

the PCI-6221 doesn't provide an analog trigger input. Maybe there is another way to realize your application, but I need more information to answer this question.

The 622x do not have analog triggering capabilities (but the 625x and 628x do).

If looking into a new DAQ card, you might consider an X Series.  For X Series, the 635x and 636x have analog triggering, while the 632x and 634x do not.

If you must use a DAQ card without an actual analog trigger, you might still be able to get what you need by acquiring continuously and using a "software trigger" where you throw out data until you hit your setpoint (here is a decent example to use as a starting point).
