I have a VI in which I am doing digital and Analog I/O. In another VI all code is the same except the digital I/O is removed. The analog noise floor on the VI with digital I/O is 100 times noiser (1E-2 volt range) as compared to the same VI without the Digital I/O (1E-4 volt range). This is on a PCI-6024E board. Same software on an AT-MOI-16E board does not show this symptom. Ideas? Solution?
