I am having trouble with a PCI-MIO-16XE-10 daq card and a BNC 2120 control block. After outputting voltages using MATLAB the output voltage has become fixed at an arbitrary value and nothing I have done can change it. The device appears in MAX and passes the self test however the ouput voltage will not change even when using the test panels in MAX. Resetting the device in MAX yielded no results I have restarted the computer and even removed and re-inserted the card itself from the computer. I've Issued stop commands from MATLAB. How can I get the AO to become responsive once again and stop outputting this arbitrary voltage?

As a general rule I'll say update/repair your driver (NI DAQmx). Do you see the same behavior If you take the card to a different PC? Replace the BNC-2120 with a SCB-68, If you have it, or measure voltage directly to the pinout avoiding any accessory. Try running the DAQ Diagnostic Utility, this will reveal if the AO is malfunctioning.
