PCI 6036E analog multichannel input

Hello

I need to measue two inputs with 6036E and CB-68LP card.

I set up my application to mesure multiple channels and multiple samples. My problem is that whenever I mesure, I see similar signal on the second input even I connect only firs input. Logically would be that the second signal will be zero. I've tried diferent inputs, but the problem is the same.

Any suggestion?

probably you need to set the configuration of AI channels first.

Like RSE, differential etc.

And connect your analog input lines right.

I've already tried all these things but it's the same. there must be something wrong with the 6036E..

There is nothing wrong with the DAQ board. A floating channel will not read 0 volts. You are seeing something called ghosting. If you want to read zero volts on a channel, you need to ground it.
