PCI 6043E DAQ random output during first VI start

After starting LabView and during the first start of my VI the DAQ gives a short random output. All subsequent starts don't show this behaviour. How can I prevent this?

Hi,

Which board are you using? I think you mis-typed the device number. Also, what do you mean by short random output? What voltage level, and for how long? Does this occur everytime? Does this occur with any VI you use, or just particular ones? I look forward to your response. Have a Great Day!
