PCI-6071 E cards

Hello,
I have the PCI-6071E cards and with one of the cards I get the following error when I run the self-test:
"The device is not responding to the selected base address. Would you like to continue?".

If I click yes to continue, I get error message "-10800".

Please help.

Thanks,
Matt

Hello Guys,

The following knowledge base should be helpful for this error.
Please feel free to post any further questions.

I tried those ideas with no avail. Here is the situation that happened. I was collecting data in MED64 Performer software. I have 2 cards connected together for the 64 channel I/O. During an experiment, the lower channels began to respond erratically. I shut down the system, restarted and the board basically quit responding as described above.

Thanks,

Matt

Matt,

I'm sorry that non of those steps worked. At this point, I recommend downloading the DAQ Diagnostic Utility. It's a small download. Once you download it, run it and see what kind of results it will give you.

Please let me know about the results.
