PCI-6143 with quadrature encoders

does the PCI-6143 support quadrature encoders like advertised or does it not like the error message I got indicates:

If this board supports quadrature encoders: How do I use it without the requested missing option?

Hi

as the message says AngularEncoder is not supportet with S-Series boards.

Or simply use edge counting and make the calculation in software.

I alredy tried edge-counting and it worked, but i waste four times the resolution. The following problem also applies:

If I used an external quadrature to up/down clock converter circuit (like described in the article linked in the other thread), how could I handle the Z-index signal to reset the counter to 0 in software?
