Hey Nicholas,
If you did all the testing A Squared described, then there is a likelihood that your board is broken in some way. The best way to test your board out is to use the online DAQ diagnostic utility.
DAQ Diagnostic Utility
If you are using a version of DAQmx be sure to use Version 1.0 of the Diagnostic Utility. Please let me know what that Diagnostic utility returns and then we can further troubleshoot your board.
Have a Fabulous Friday

Hi everyone, I have the same board, and I experience exactly the same problem.
The Diagnostic Utility can't find anything wrong. Is there a solution yet?
thank you, Frank

I don't remember too much, but my board was broken and had to be RMA'ed. The DAQ Diagnostic Utility did not exist at the time when I first posted that I am aware of, so I cannot offer any advise on that. My board was only a few days old, and NI promptly replaced the board free of charge for me. The replacement board worked fine and I still use it every day.

Thank you for you quick reply. My board is also new, today I'm using it for the first time. I have used a similar board before, so I know how it should respond.
The Diagnostics Utility says my card is working perfectly btw 🙂

Hello Frank,
Have you solved this problem? I am currently having the same problem with my PCI 6221 and can not solve it. I always get -10.6V or +10.6 as analog input voltage whatever the input is. I need your feedback on this. Could you please tell me what you have done to solve the problem?
Thanks.

Hello,
I solved it eventually, but I don't know how anymore..
One problem I had in the beginning was using the wrong input configuration for my setup (RSE instead of differential), but I don't know if that solved this problem.
best luck! Frank
