PCI 6229 logging Kulite signals

Dear all,

I have a PCI 6229 card and a BNC connector. I wonder if I can log some data acquired by Kulites. My instinct is that the raw signal from Kulite is too weak to directly input the Labview. What kind of amplifier I need before the signal can be analysized in Labview?

Many Thanks

Hi,
The minimum voltage range accuracy of the PCI-6229 is 112 µV and the minimum range is -200 to 200 mV, so when you say a weak signal, how weak do you mean?
Once this value is recieved in LabVIEW, as this is a "double", the analysis is not affected. As long as the hardware reads the respective inputs, in LabVIEW you are able to adjust to your requirements.
Regards,
