PCIe-6323 not recognized in MAX

I'm running Labview 2017 SPI 64-bit and DAQmx 18.6 on a Dell Optiplex 3020 with Windows 10, version 1809 and 8GB RAM.  Neither Device Manager nor MAX recognize the board.  In DM it shows a yellow warning triangle with "PCI data acq. and signal processing controller".  In Max there is a listing for PCIe-6323, again with a yellow triangle, and a long string that begins "PCI\VEN_1093&DEV_C4C4... " etc.  When I click on it, it says "Windows does not have a driver associated with your device".  I've tried Tools > Reset Config. Data and rebooting but that doesn't help.  Also tried completing removing all components of Labview and reinstalling, still no help.  I had previously had DAQmx version 17 installed and thought upgrading to 18.6 might help, but no.  Any ideas?

Hello,

I would suggest trying the steps from this Knowledge Base article.

Windows Device Manager: The Drivers for This (NI) Device Are Not Installed:

Hopefully, this will resolve the message you are receiving.

Thanks, Marina.  The steps in the first document didn't help so I went on to the second document,

https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z000000P8U0SAK&l=en-US

about forcing reinstall.  I entered "setup.exe /reinstall" in a command prompt in the folder for the DAQmx expanded files, then rebooted.  The PCIe card was then recognized.
