PCIe 6536 Sample Clock Use

Here is a configuration that may work for you.

•  Setup your update line with the 20MHz timebase.
•  Setup your axis line with the 100kHz timebase.
•  Arm start these two counters.
•  Export via RTSI the 100kHz to the 6536 and use it as the sample clock to over sample by 5x.
•  Use the Decimate(continuous) VI to get your data back to 20kHz sampled data.
