PCIe to PCI converter to install PCI DAQ board? analog output generation using PCIe-6320 and BNC-2110?

Can I use a PCIE to PCI converter like this (https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-Express-Converter-Extender-Desktop/dp/B0B87YQQ8H) to install PCI DAQ board (for example, PCI-6731) to the motherboard? because my motherboard doesn't have additional PCI slot and only have an additional PCIe slot.
I'm wondering if I can use PCI DAQ board with the converter.

I need to generate analog output signal.

Can I generate the analog output signal using this configuration while PCIe-6320 doesn't support AO?

Absolutely no; BNC-2110 is just a breakout for the connector.

While PCI is a upwards compatible technology and PCI to PCIe bridges or in fact any other bridge combinining PCI based technology including for instance DisplayPort and others SHOULD work, they very seldom do for arbitrary hardware. Unless the manufacturer of the bridge device has tested it with your PC and your desired device and is willing to gurantee that it will work, chances are very high that it will not. NI DAQ boards make use of DMA and IRQ , burst mode transfers and several other PCI technologies and most bridges only support a subset of the entire PCI technology or have bugs in some of the ones that it claims to support and then it simply fails or in the worst case even consistently blue screens the computer.

To be clear, you CANNOT generate analog output using PCIe 6320 as it doesn't have that feature, and BNC-2110 is just a breakout for the signals on the 6320 connectors.
