I have a NI-DAQ 6024E and am trying to measure a mv/V signal going from 0-10mV. The smallest input range on the card is -50mV to 50mV.... is this range due to the PGIA or the ADC? Because the only effect of using this range - as opposed to -5v to 5v - is that the card won't sample higher values. The resolution does not appear to increase though... the measured signal only moves in giant increments.
Am I doing something wrong?
