PXI-6225 failures in common 4 channel differential inputs

I have a PXI-6225.  ACH differential paired channels 7/39, 8/40, 9/41 and 10/42 have failed and read 0 volts when 15 volts applied.  I would like to know if these four channels are sourced by one common IC chip.  This would explain the failure mode of four simutaneous channels failing at the same time.

7/39, 8/40, 9/41 and 10/42 are not correct differential channels. 7/15, 8/16, 9/17 and 10/18 are.
