PXI-6238 based counter inputs

Hi,

Trying to make a VI with two counter inputs using M-series 6238, running at the same time in order to acquire the flow meter's frequencies simulateneously. Running only one counter is fine in terms of real time-based data collection. But when second one started running, it seems both counters conflit each other and data collection from them is no longer based on real-time. Please take a look at my code attached. Would appreciate if you could show me what wrong with my code or time setting.

Could you place your acquisitions in separate, independent loops which have no dependency on eachother? From my understanding of your issue, it appears as though having both in the same loop could be the source of your issue.

Following this, please confirm if your issue is still present.

Please let me know if you should require any assistance in doing this.
